The Jasper Association holds an Annual Members' Meeting and celebratory potluck meal every year on the first Saturday of July that is closest to July 4th.  The meal is at 12 noon at the Marshall Pavilion and is followed by a business meeting at 1 pm.

The Board of Directors meets four or more times a year. The Board meets in person in or near Jasper on or around the Friday before the weekends of July 4th and Labor Day.  The Board routinely holds two additional meetings by video connection (zoom) and will meet as needed to conduct necessary association business.  Unless the Board is in executive session, all members are invited and welcome to attend and to bring questions or concerns forward.
